What I worked on
- Played a key role in G2K’s repositioning, translating the agency’s new vision into its ways of working. - Initiated and led the development of internal structures and processes to improve clarity, alignment and operational efficiency. - Led projects for cultural, commercial and public-sector organisations, from initial strategic discussions through to final delivery. - Managed client relationships and aligned stakeholders, creative teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintained an overarching view across teams, clients and projects, ensuring alignment between the agency’s vision and execution.
