What I worked on
As part of the team behind G2K’s repositioning, I translated the new vision into the agency’s way of working. I initiated and led the development of new structures and processes, creating greater clarity, alignment and momentum across teams, clients and projects. I worked across cultural, commercial and public-sector organisations, leading projects from early strategic conversations through to final delivery and acting as the connecting force between clients, creatives and external collaborators.
